My product does not work properly, what should I do?
If the product description states that the product does not work properly and should be purchased for parts only, there is nothing we can do. However, if the product should be working and doesn't, please let us know by emailing your complaint to contact.bluefish@yahoo.com, and we will be happy to pay a full refund and return postage.
